Kahn Residence

This contemporary Residential project created a pool courtyard with the addition of a two-story two-car garage, exercise room, and an open entertainment pavilion. The garage included new side-yard Entry, Pool Locker Room/Bath, Pool Equipment Room, and covered Outdoor Kitchen.

The pool sits in a heated stone terrace, and has a separate in-ground hot tub, & sunken fire pit area. The project renovated the entire kitchen including nano-wall pass-thru service window. The aesthetic challenge turns existing French-country into California Dreaming with all redwood cedar plank siding that wraps the interior court and all-white stone terrace.
