Zins Residence

This 120-year-old Gates Mills home was originally built by Mr. Battles and over the years has become an important example of the regional style of building to this community. Several of the older additions that were made to the home are now impractical for modern living and needed substantial renovation. MWA added a master suite, bath and access to a private garden on one end of the home, a laundry room / entry way on the other and a second-floor aromatic cedar closet. This new work replicated the Gates Mills style to create a seamless result
