Josey Residence

This home was originally constructed for the owner of Cleveland’s first automobile company and was later sold to President Eisenhower’s secretary of finance. Built in 1910, this is the third Hamilton-designed residence on which MWA worked. The replacement of a deteriorating rear porch was researched and rebuilt to exact dimensions of the original. A new sandstone patio, bronze fountain, landscaping, lighting and outdoor pizza oven were designed into the site to complement adjacent green space.
