MWA completely demolished and rebuilt this 1,200 SF Moreland Courts suite in Shaker Heights with an aim to create display area for specific pieces of this client’s extensive art collection. Nearby Shaker Square is the oldest planned shopping district in the state and the second oldest in the nation. The square was completed in 1929 and was immediately popular as an upscale shopping and dining destination, which continues today.
